10am Wednesday, April 12, in the BCA Gallery, Old Friends Talk Art presents David Wright. How do writers and artists show up to the process of making art? While some wait for the muse to strike, poet and Monmouth College English Professor David Wright believes a writer's primary work is paying attention to a world of stimulus and possibility. He will read from his own poems (and from works by other poets) to illustrate the variety of muses available to artists of all kinds. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. OFTA is funded in part by the Jim & Jan DeYoung Charitable Trust.
