The BCA is pleased to welcome artist Larry Jon Davis of Knoxville, Illinois, as one of our newest Gift Shop artists. Larry grew up in the Midwest, and served as a Professor of Art and Art Department Coordinator at Florida State College while finishing his master’s degree studies at Jacksonville University.
Larry’s art is inspired by an eclectic list of factors, and states he finds that “pursuit of complex color relationships has become an overriding interest” in his work. He now enjoys creating art in his studio, and we currently have two of his oil and cold wax paintings for sale in the BCA Gift Shop: “Evening Glow” ($550-pictured above) and “Flower Stall” ($400). BCA members receive a 10% discount on all gift shop purchases.
