The Baughs joined the Monmouth community in 2005 when Brian began teaching at Monmouth College. Both of them now teach at Monmouth: Brian is a Professor of Art and Stephanie is an Assistant Professor of Art, chair of the Art Department, and Coordinator of the first-year general education course, Introduction to Liberal Arts.
Brian teaches painting and drawing, and his artwork includes paintings from observation and abstraction. Stephanie teaches graphic design, and her work includes collages, linear abstractions, and text-based paintings.
