Join us for this delightful, laugh-a-minute comedy, with four unique Southern women, all needing to escape the sameness of their day-to-day routines. They are drawn together by fate — and an impromptu happy hour — and decide it’s high time to reclaim the enthusiasm for life they’ve lost through the years.
Tickets are $12 per guest and include admission, wine, and hors d’oeuvres prior to the curtain. Doors open at 6:30pm. Stop by and pick up your ticket today!

Love, Loss, and What I Wore features an all female cast and was adapted for the stage by Nora Ephron (Silkwood, When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle) and Delia Ephron. It is a play of monologues and ensemble pieces about women—clothes and memories covering all the important subjects—mothers, prom dresses, mothers, buying bras, mothers, hating purses and why we only wear black. The play has been described as a “small time capsule of a woman’s life—and not about fashion, but those moments when we are trying to find our identity through the clothes we wear.” The popular show has been produced Off-Broadway, in many U.S. cities, and has toured the U.S. and abroad. Many actresses have appeared in the show including Kirstin Chenoweth, Jane Lynch, Rita Wilson, Natasha Lyonne, Tyne Daly and Loretta Swit. Parental advisory: mature language and adult subject matter.
The Monmouth College Department of Theatre, in partnership with the Buchanan Center for the Arts, presents the family holiday comedy, Saving Toyland. Adapted from Victor Herbert’s Babes in Toyland, this knockabout comedy features dancing, sight gags, and zany nursery rhyme characters.
