Our Mission The Buchanan Center for the Arts will promote education, participation & enjoyment of the visual and performing arts in Warren County, Illinois and the surrounding area by providing arts programming and services to individuals, artists and arts organizations.  The BCA will make its programming and services available to all persons in Warren County, Illinois and the surrounding area regardless of their ability to pay fees or charges associated with those programs, services or exhibitions. The BCA will act as a granting agency, making awards in Warren County, Illinois to arts organizations and individuals meeting established criteria.
